- $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday + 2 Sunday) OR
- $5,000 Incentive if candidate is able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri, Sat, Sun, and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!

What You’ll Do
As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system

- Pay: $65-70 per point, based on qualifications

Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
