Position Summary...

We are seeking a builder-minded Production Financial Planning & Operations Manager to help transform how a high-volume creative organization manages its production finances. This role also plays a critical role in ensuring production financials are accurately represented within the broader Creative organization, partnering closely with Financial Planning counterparts to drive alignment, consistency, and a unified financial view of Walmart Creative.

About the team:
This role sits at the intersection of production, finance, and operations, and is responsible for owning the systems, processes, and data that power financial planning across projects. You will replace manual, fragmented workflows with scalable, automated solutions that improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making.

You will build scalable systems, automated controls, and standardized workflows that improve data integrity, visibility, and accountability. As the source of truth for production financial data, you will identify risks, explain variances, and translate insights into action. You will partner closely with Production, Finance, Resourcing, and Operations to align assumptions, resolve discrepancies, and create a unified financial reporting ecosystem that enables leadership to focus on strategic decisions.

What you'll bring...
7+ years' experience in FP&A, business operations, or production finance
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and procurement lifecycle
Systems & Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Airtable or similar tools
  • Dashboard/reporting experience (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Builder & Problem-Solver Mindset
  • Ability to turn manual processes into scalable systems
  • Strong process design and documentation skills
Analytical Thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
Collaboration & Communication
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear communication of complex financial concepts
Interest in Automation & Emerging Technology
  • Experience or interest in automation and AI tools to improve workflows
