What You'll Do
- Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories
- Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Process parts orders, verify part compatibility, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and service department needs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving, stocking, organizing, and ordering parts as needed
- Stay current on Infiniti parts, accessories, manufacturer updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager, Service Department, and dealership team to support efficient daily operations
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right solutions
Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about the automotive industry with a strong interest in vehicle parts and accessories.
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and orders.
- A proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot customer needs effectively.
- Experienced in automotive parts or retail sales (preferred but not required).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory management software and digital tools.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements
