Drive alignment across local, service line and national People & Culture teams to ensure consistent, compliant and effective delivery of people programs and processes
Partner with leaders to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture, leveraging employee insights to drive engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement
Lead people related change initiatives and drive the adoption of systems, processes and ways of working that enhance the employee experience and business effectiveness
About You
Demonstrated leadership experience in a generalist People & Culture business partnering structure, ideally within professional services or a complex matrix environment
