What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
- Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment, documenting wear, repair needs, and replacement recommendations.
- Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose issues using blueprints, manuals, and tools, responding promptly to emergency repair requests.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and contractor compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement by providing expert advice and aligning maintenance efforts with business needs.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and facility repairs to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, plumbing, carpentry, and material handling equipment maintenance.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinating with contractors to meet quality and safety standards.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance logs, expense tracking, and warranty claims.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade or 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade.Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
