About the opportunity
We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales Representative – Spare Parts to help drive aftermarket and spare parts growth across water, mining and industrial markets within an assigned sales region across NSW,VIC and SA.
This role is focused on building strong customer and partner relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering timely, reliable aftermarket solutions that maximise equipment uptime and lifecycle value.
You will play an important role in strengthening Xylem’s position with key utility customers and strategic service partners, while contributing to sales and marketing strategies that support profitable, sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan in partnership with the Service & Aftermarket Leader ANZ
- Build strong customer and partner relationships through regular sales visits and account engagement
- Promote spare parts and aftermarket solutions that improve equipment uptime, customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify growth opportunities, prioritise revenue initiatives, and contribute market insights and account plans
- Support marketing activities including campaigns, promotions, exhibitions and trade shows
- Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce CRM and assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order management and pump selections as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated sales experience in industrial, mining, water or related technical sectors
- A strong track record in business development, lead generation and relationship management
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively across customers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to use market insights and sales data to drive growth
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly build product knowledge in pumps, spare parts or aftermarket solutions
- Happy to travel as this role requires high level of state and interstate travel.
