The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer, who will take responsibility for product, feature definition and planning from design to system installation.

What your job will look like ?

• Leading all NPI engineering activities relating to system installing including Engineering, documentation, configuration control, tooling. 
• Lead cross functional teams of engineers, manufacturing, NPIs, providing requirement for new products
• Self-managing priorities and activities to support the transfer to Install of multiple products.
• Implement processes and methodologies.
• Follow and improve department KPI - Cycle Time, Cost, Product Quality
• Work directly with PLC, System Engineers and Manufacturing

Job require 30% aboard for leading and training install engineer in the first beta tools

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of proven experience as an NPI engineer or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in building production files and leading engineering changes.
• Experience in mechanical design and electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. 
• Self-motivated, self-maintained, independent, and problem solving oriented
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations.
