Looking for a 3 year old preschool lead teacher and a 2.5-3 year old Transition lead teacher.
Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and carry out an education program designed by Lil’ People’s Place.
- Responsible for the appearance of a welcoming classroom (ie. bulletin boards, care of equipment and materials, overall cleanliness, and organization).
- Mentor assistant teachers.
- Always supervise children in the classroom and on playground.
- Share in classroom cleaning duties.
- Have open, daily communication with parents.
- Lesson planning.
- Implementing strong classroom management.
- Maintaining an environment that meets all licensing regulations, to promote a loving and nurturing classroom.
- Having a positive and professional attitude.
Lead Teacher Requirements:
- Looking for someone who is positive, caring, loving, and patient.
- Must work well with others.
- Able to lift children of varying ages and equipment of varying sizes.
- Educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, CDA or minimum 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or child related field with 960 hours of experience.
- Infant, Child and Adult CPR and First Certification.
- 16 hours of continued education.
- Fingerprint Background Check through CCBC.
