This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
This role is part of the Digital Planning & Prioritization team within the Consumer Digital Strategy organization which is responsible for a centralized and holistic approach to managing the digital roadmap for the Consumer and MDS Lines of Business. The position will work closely with Digital Strategy Leads, Line of Business, Digital Execution, and Technology partners to assure we are balancing digital demand and capacity in order to maximize business output for Consumer.
Functional responsibilities will include: utilizing pipeline data to inform roadmap planning / mitigate risk, supporting initial roadmap scheduling for Consumer initiatives, and managing ongoing roadmap decisions and tradeoffs for the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
Foster strong partnerships and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners by leveraging regular operating rhythms and shared reporting to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes.
Understand priorities, business impact and timeline requirements for assigned portfolio of work to be able to appropriately advise on prioritization against broader portfolio
Drive risk mitigation by proactively monitoring and managing portfolio of work through intake, estimation and technology workflow steps
Keep process improvement focus through-out, contributing to team efforts to make delivering work more efficient
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Highly organized self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple workstreams while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to navigate effectively in a large, matrixed organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of how technology projects are executed at Bank of America
Ability to work in a team environment with partners in multiple locations
