Speech Language Pathologist - to work with both inpatient and outpatient
Per Diem: $50/hr
Part Time: $43 - $51 depending on experience
Weekend Diff for both PD and Part time: $5.00

We are looking for additional SLP's to join our Therapy team in both our inpatient and outpatient departments.  Part Time would have a set/guaranteed schedule while Per Diem hours would be more flexible based on your availability. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in critical care and patient assessment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in patient care within acute care settings.
• Familiarity with ICU and case management.
• Ability to provide speech therapy services effectively.
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts
• Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in speech therapy, acute care, and patient management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
