Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (Full Time)

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and passionate Complex Care Team Leader to join our specialist services at Birchwood House & Birchwood Lodge in Lincoln.

About the Role
As a Complex Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, supporting your team to deliver outstanding care while ensuring the highest standards of quality, dignity and respect are maintained.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and supervise a team of Support Workers.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Develop and review individual care and support plans in partnership with healthcare professionals.
- Support individuals with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and daily living activities.
- Monitor the quality of care and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build positive relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Glenholme Specialist Healthcare policies and procedures.
- Promote independence, dignity, inclusion and choice for every individual we support.
- Act as a positive role model, mentoring and developing your team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and inspiring others.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within health and social care.
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Good knowledge of CQC standards and current care legislation.
- A compassionate, patient and person-centred approach.
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of the people you support.

Birchwood House is a purpose-built, high-intensity specialist service designed to support adults with profound and severe learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours that may challenge.
The service provides specialist care for individuals who may have experienced long-term hospital placements, placement breakdowns or require highly specialised support to achieve stability, independence and an improved quality of life.
Birchwood Lodge
Birchwood Lodge is a specialist supported living service providing personalised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs.
Our focus is on enabling individuals to live as independently as possible while developing life skills, achieving personal goals and becoming active members of their local community.
