Role Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled manager with 7+ years of professional experience in financial application development.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Senior team manager, you will:
- Manage local Agile teams to deliver technology solutions;
- Work closely with global leads and business stakeholders to design the technology solution and strategy;
- Build a high performing team to continuously deliver business values with high quality;
- Able to refine business requirements by continuously gathering feedbacks from stakeholders and business users.
- Designing, creating and implementing applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
- Has ability to refactor legacy system to improve its performance, functionality, scalability and maintainability.
- Research cloud technologies and provide cloud engineering support for build, migration and operation of Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure.
Educational Requirements and Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field.
- 7+ years working experience; financial company experience is a plus.
- Strong English communication ability is a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with 4+ years team management experience.
- Being able to solve problems proactively and under pressure;
- Experience in AWS or Azure or any other public cloud service.
- Advanced experience with C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET development.
- Should have hands on experience in Relational(Oracle, MSSQL, SQL Server) databases.
- Experience in Agile development engineering methods.
- Have a good sense of financial business;
- Experience in conducting design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practice guidelines;
- Experience with Reg Reporting is a plus;
