Citi is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital banking enhancements across mobile and online channels, shaping the experiences of customers at one of the world's leading financial institutions. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience — driving initiatives from business case through to production deployment. Your work will directly influence how clients interact with Citi's digital products, making this a high-impact opportunity for a digitally-minded professional ready to take ownership of meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital banking enhancements across mobile and online channels, managing each initiative from business case definition through to requirements, UAT, and production deployment.
- Coordinate across technology, testing, and control partner teams to bring new customer digital experiences to life, ensuring alignment at every stage of delivery.
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities to meet business deadlines while maintaining quality and minimal post-launch issues.
- Enhance customer journeys across digital assets through testing, personalization, and automation, with a clear focus on improving satisfaction and conversion outcomes.
- Identify and escalate production issues, working with technology and local delivery teams to resolve them efficiently and maintain platform stability.
- Translate data, reporting, and management information into actionable insights that guide digital optimization decisions for key stakeholders.
- Stay current with digital industry trends and emerging tools, bringing relevant innovations and opportunities back to the team to continuously improve product delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a digital product or project management role, ideally within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage large-scale digital projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to delivery with minimal issues.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and align stakeholders across technology, business, and control functions.
- Strategic thinker who can both design an approach and execute it — comfortable managing ambiguity and working through complex digital scenarios.
- Customer-centric mindset with a consistent focus on delivering digital experiences that improve engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce clear, consistent reporting and management information outputs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with mobile banking or online banking platforms, with an understanding of the end-to-end digital channel delivery lifecycle.
- Familiarity with digital testing methodologies, personalization tools, or customer journey automation platforms.
