About the Role:Teaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Bedfordshire. We are looking for passionate education professionals who are committed to helping children achieve their full potential by providing high-quality classroom support and promoting an engaging learning environment.Whether you're looking for flexible supply work or a long-term placement, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and improve pupil outcomes.Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where appropriate.Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.Encourage positive behaviour in line with school policies.Assist with pupil assessments and record progress where required.Supervise pupils during classroom activities, breaktimes, educational visits, and school events when necessary.Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.Requirements:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or recognised equivalent).Experience working within a UK primary school setting.A good understanding of the National Curriculum and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A positive, patient, and proactive approach.Ability to work effectively as part of a team while using your own initiative.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.Eligibility to work in the UK.Why join Teaching Tomorrow?Flexible supply work to build experience and confidenceOpportunities for long-term roles and potential permanent placementsExposure to a variety of school environments across BedfordshireOngoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultantTeaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
