About the role

Within our EMEA Coronary Therapies franchise, the Modern PCI team focuses on advancing solutions for increasingly complex coronary disease, driving therapy adoption, and supporting market growth through strategic and executional excellence.

We are currently looking for a Graduate Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA Downstream Coronary Therapies Marketing Team on a 12-month contract, based in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in downstream marketing and product management within a global MedTech company. Working alongside experienced marketers and cross-functional teams across EMEA, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the commercial success of our Coronary Therapies portfolio through product launches, portfolio management, forecasting and marketing execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the execution of EMEA downstream marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, customer events and sales enablement activities.
• Assist with product management activities across the Coronary Therapies portfolio, including product lifecycle management, forecasting and product allocations.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales tools and product training resources.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitive activity to generate commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and country marketing teams to support key business initiatives.
• Assist with business reviews, franchise reporting and strategic planning activities.
• Coordinate and maintain marketing projects to ensure timely execution.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English (C1 or above); additional European languages are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Interest in healthcare innovation, downstream marketing and product management.
• Any form of previous product management/marketing experience advantageous but not essential.
