Account Executive – Inside Sales

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is expanding our sales team and is seeking motivated Account Executives to join our growing Chandler office. We are looking for driven sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, understanding client needs, and achieving results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax-related concerns. These are qualified inbound opportunities — no cold calling required. You’ll take a consultative approach to understanding each individual’s situation, explain available solutions, and guide them toward the best next step.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with IRS and tax-related concerns
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Address questions and objections throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-based sales environment
• Coachable attitude with a desire to grow within a sales career

Schedule & Location

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
