This position reports to:
Quality Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

This role is contributing to the Low Voltage Quality team in SLP.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Inspecting incoming materials using calibrated measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Launch complaints to supplier when non-conformity arises and follows the corrective action plans.
Supports quality assurance activities in collaboration with local Production and other relevant functions.
Reports quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree or Technical Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
1+ years of experience in incoming quality inspection, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality assurance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Highly skilled in incoming material inspection, quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and the use of precision measuring instruments within the electrical manufacturing industry.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and quality management systems is an advantage.
Intermediate English (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, solve problems effectively, and communicate professionally.
