- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with location procedures.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including common areas, business spaces, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify security-related concerns.
- Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and authorized personnel regarding access requests, incidents, and security-related observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
