This role supports the GBS APAC to effectively deliver business strategy, identify and drive value creation initiatives, support employee engagement initiatives, identify control and compliance gaps and lead disruptive ideas in the journey to Intelligent Business Services.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Responsible in handling daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, and ensure timeliness and accurate processing 3rd Party & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA
Management of data in strict adherence to internal control procedures are critical to effective credit control and collection of debts.
Function as the expert on Cash Application processes and related systems. Collaborate with work streams during process enhancements, acquisitions/divestitures, and major system implementations.
Perform periodic reconciliations and reporting to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity. Analyze variances, exceptions, and discrepancies, ensuring timely investigation, corrective action, and resolution to minimize risk and maintain compliance with internal control requirements.
Ensure that functional issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved.
The incumbent is required to frequent liaising with internal sales and administrative personnel and customers to identify and resolve customer account issues.
Engage actively with the business team country supported
Initiate monthly engagement meeting as pulse check on the service delivery regular basis
Reporting –KPI –Monthly basis
To attend to Auditors on audit schedules and AR enquiries.
Other Ad hoc reports and requests from management.
Continuous Improvement and Value Creation:
Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement by supporting LEAN concepts, tools, and methodologies to eliminate waste in all its form.
Work collaboratively with other team members to identify opportunities to streamline and improve department efficiency and participate in the implementation of those opportunities.
Value Creation mindset by identifying opportunities for innovation, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in related field. Exposure to automation and analytical tools serves as an added advantage.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SAP will be added advantage.
Knowledge of internal control procedures, policies and practices related to Order to Cash (OTC) processes
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
Good command of written and oral in English and Korean with strong interpersonal, negotiation & influencing skills.
Proficiency in Korea is a must
