Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Second Shift)
Consistent four-day workweek with opportunities to pick up additional hours when available.

Nutrition 101 is hiring a Yard Truck Operator to join our Processing Team in Pendleton, Indiana. If you enjoy operating equipment, working outdoors and around industrial operations, and playing an important role in keeping production moving, we'd love to meet you.

You'll spend most of your shift moving trailers throughout our facility using a yard truck. When trailer movement slows, you'll assist the team by operating a forklift and supporting processing operations. Position Summary

The Yard Truck Operator is responsible for safely moving trailers throughout the facility to support production operations. This includes positioning trailers at processing bays, transporting completed trailers to the wash bay, and staging clean trailers throughout the yard.

When trailer movement is not needed, this position assists with forklift operation and other production support activities to help keep operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Safely move trailers throughout the facility using a yard truck. 
• Back trailers into designated processing bays. 
• Transport completed trailers to the wash bay. 
• Stage trailers throughout the yard for efficient production flow. 
• Operate a forklift to move materials and support plant operations as needed. 
• Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. 
• Follow all company safety policies and food safety requirements. 
• Work closely with the Processing Team to keep production running smoothly. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Previous yard truck (yard jockey/yard spotter) experience. 
• Forklift operating experience. 
• Experience working in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the facility during the shift. 
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. 
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures. 
• Safely operate industrial vehicles and equipment. 
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other required safety equipment.
