Join us and help drive innovation in Supply Chain Management. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist SCM Production Control to join our team at Aguascalientes Components Plant.

A Day in the Life of This Role:

  • Manage and oversee the regional supplier portal.
  • Coordinate and ensure electronic data interchange (EDI) communication with national and regional suppliers.
  • Monitor compliance and quality of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN).
  • Support supplier requirements related to production control processes.
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies to strengthen electronic communication with suppliers.
  • Analyze operational data to ensure continuity of supply to manufacturing plants.
  • Coordinate the resolution of issues related to supplier communication systems.
  • Supervise applications and systems used for production control and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production control.
  • Experience working with EDI communications and supplier integration processes.
  • Knowledge of supplier communication portals and related systems.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Knowledge in risk analysis and prevention through systematic monitoring of the international environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Desired:

  • Certifications in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis/programming tools.
  • Experience implementing new technologies in supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with regional or global supplier communication systems.
