Responsible for supporting Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) asset support activities within the Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role ensures accurate, timely, and well-documented execution of MLR workflow activities and supports process consistency, operational delivery, and continuous improvement across MLR asset support services.

Responsible for supporting Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) asset support activities within the Medical Excellence Operations organization based out of GCC India. The role ensures accurate, timely, and well-documented execution of MLR workflow activities and supports process consistency, operational delivery, and continuous improvement across MLR asset support services.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Support delivery of MLR asset support services, including workflow coordination, submission support, metadata handling, and documentation activities within defined processes.

  • Perform submission-related activities including preparation, quality checks, upload, annotation, tagging, linking, and metadata updates for assets and related workflow items, as applicable.

  • Support maintenance of asset files, documentation, references, metadata, and workflow records in line with defined process expectations.

  • Support stakeholder coordination with Global Medical Affairs, business owners, reviewers, agencies, and other relevant users within scope.

  • Support end user queries and user training, operational follow-up, and day-to-day coordination related to MLR asset workflows.

  • Contribute to accurate and timely execution of MLR workflows and associated documentation activities. Support process standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the service model.

  • Act as MLR system super user and support MLR system testing (as needed).

  • Support the transition and stabilization of services into GCC and contribute to operational maturity.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

Essential Requirements: 

  • MLR asset support activities and related deliverables are completed effectively and in line with defined quality and service expectations. Asset handling, metadata updates, references, and system-based documentation are maintained accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Submission-related and workflow-related activities are completed consistently and supported by appropriate process discipline.

  • Stakeholder coordination and operational follow-up are completed reliably and in line with service expectations.

  • Identified issues / gaps are addressed in a timely manner, with appropriate follow-up and continuous improvement actions.

  • Education: Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, business operations, or related field preferred with 5–8+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Medical Affairs operations, MLR operations, submission support, content / asset workflows, and related support models.

  • Good understanding of MLR workflow execution, asset handling, metadata / documentation requirements, submission coordination, and stakeholder support in Medical Affairs support environments.
