The Role
We are seeking reliable, organized, and hardworking temporary team members to support storage and shipping/receiving operations during the Coaches Open, August 23-28, 2026. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, organizing, and moving event materials to ensure inventory is accurate and supplies are readily available throughout the event. We're looking for dependable team players who enjoy staying organized, working behind the scenes, and helping ensure a successful event through efficient logistics and storage support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries against packing slips.
- Organize, label, and store event materials and inventory in designated areas.
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments.
- Move, stage, and distribute boxes and supplies to various event locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking of event materials.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Work closely with event staff to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Who You Are
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or event logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work onsite in NYC from 9am - 5pm on August 23-28, 2026, and overtime, if needed
What We Offer
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt.
