 Position Overview

 Cigna Healthcare is seeking – AI Specialisation Track and become part of the next generation of talent shaping how AI is used to deliver better outcomes for our customers, employees, and business across the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking curious, ambitious graduates who are excited about the possibilities of AI. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be a strong learner, problem-solver, and collaborator.
 Key Responsibilities 
•    Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify, automate, and improve business processes.
•    Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
•    Promote AI adoption by helping colleagues embrace new technologies and ways of working.
•    Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical use, data privacy, and sound judgment in all activities.
•    Transform data and AI insights into clear and compelling recommendations for business leaders.
What You'll Learn
You will follow a structured learning journey designed to build AI capability from day one, including:
•    Foundations of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
•    Prompt Engineering and Microsoft Copilot proficiency
•    GenAI Generalist Certification (and optional Technologist Certification)
•    Core professional skills including critical thinking, communication, change management, and collaboration
•    Responsible and ethical use of AI
You will also be paired with senior mentors and become part of our AI Champions Network, learning directly from leaders driving AI transformation across the organization.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
•    Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application to solving real business challenges.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
