The CFC US Market Deployment role will directly report to the Global Market Deployment & Readiness Lead within the CFC & Marketing CRM Team
The Market Deployment Lead will serve as Pfizer’s central point of accountability for Market deployment (with a focus on the US deployment and then supporting broader international), responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of LS Cloud across all BUs, ensuring alignment between global and local teams. This role will oversee deployment planning, readiness, execution, and post-go-live stabilization (HyperCare). They will partner closely with the CFC Engagement Program team and the International market deploymeant lead.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead market deployment planning, execution, and readiness across all market deployment waves
- Oversee market stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and in-market preparation activities
- Provide regular report-outs and status updates on socialization of the market deployment approach, incorporating structured feedback loops to capture insights from markets and stakeholders
- Partner with other workstream leads to align plans, identify interdependencies and ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate alignment between global, regional, and market teams on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive governance, track risks and issues, and ensure timely decision-making and escalation for market deployments
- Manage in-region/in-market go-live and HyperCare activities, ensuring markets transition successfully to steady state

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA Required; MBA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ experience demonstrating an ability to carry out process excellence, knowledge management and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in global, above and / or US market experience.
- Experience in leading complex, large scale business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable teams to achieve successful delivery.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive structure, governance, and delivery discipline across complex, multi-market environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and working in a matrixed environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality.
- Demonstrated business acumen strong analytical skills and mindset.

- Master’s-level education preferred.
- Experience working at a top 20 pharmaceutical company in areas related to commercial/sales/field technology.
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva and other life sciences technologies.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
- Experience with the Key Account Management (KAM)selling process.
- Experience with targeting and segmentation solutions.
- Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
- Experienced with healthcare data landscape at scale.
