JOB SUMMARY
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and marketing support to the Commercial team across CZ & SLO. The role supports the execution of marketing activities, distributor communication, event organization, contract administration, CRM maintenance, and commercial operations while ensuring effective coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and external partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general sales and marketing administration support, including documentation, reporting, presentations, and coordination activities.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and distributor communications.
• Coordinate the creation, localization, proofreading, translation, and distribution of marketing materials, product literature, promotional leaflets, and sales tools.
• Support the Sales team with marketing materials, product information, promotional communications, and commercial documentation.
• Organize trainings, congresses, dealer meetings, and customer events, including logistics, suppliers, materials, and participant management.
• Coordinate communication with distributors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), speakers, and external partners.
• Prepare and manage KOL contracts, hospitality agreements, and related documentation in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain CRM data, marketing lists, event records, and support the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
• Handle incoming invoices, including purchase order (PO) creation, invoice tracking, and coordination with Finance.
• Support supplier communication, budget tracking, purchasing administration, and documentation management.
• Manage stock of marketing materials, brochures, promotional items, and product samples; coordinate shipments for sales representatives, distributors, and events.
• Monitor competitor activities and support ad hoc commercial and administrative projects as required.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, administration, or event management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Experience with invoicing, purchase order (PO) management, contract administration, or coordination with Finance is an advantage.
• Fluent English & CZ required; additional CEE languages are a plus.
