About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Quality Officer to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across Melbourne's North West Victoria region.
This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple locations, partnering closely with Business Operations Managers, Leadership Teams, Care Managers, and our National Quality, Risk & Clinical Governance team to drive consistent, high-quality service delivery.
As a visible and trusted quality partner, you will help strengthen quality systems, support teams through legislative and industry changes, and foster a positive culture of continuous improvement. Regular travel between offices will form part of this role, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide hands-on support where it is needed most.

Key Responsibilities
· Support and embed quality, compliance, and risk management practices across multiple office locations.
· Promote consistent implementation of Dovida's Quality Management System (QMS), Aged Care Quality Standards, and legislative requirements.
· Provide coaching and guidance to operational teams to translate quality requirements into everyday practice.
· Support incident management, complaints, risk assessments, and quality investigations.
· Analyse quality data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
· Assist offices with audit preparation, compliance evidence, and regulatory requirements.
· Build strong relationships across all sites to promote a positive quality culture and shared learning.
About You
You are a collaborative and approachable quality professional who enjoys working with operational teams to improve quality outcomes and support best practice.
You will bring:
· Experience in quality, compliance, risk management, auditing, or governance within a regulated environment.
· Knowledge of aged care, community care, disability services, or healthcare quality frameworks.
· Strong understanding of continuous improvement, quality management systems, and risk management principles.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and coach others.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· The ability to work independently across multiple sites while building strong stakeholder relationships.
· Relevant qualifications are desirable; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
· A current driver's licence and willingness to regularly travel between office locations.
