Your Role with Us
As an Insurance Adviser, you play a key role in helping AIA customers make informed decisions that support their financial wellbeing. Working within the Distribution team, you provide tailored insurance advice and ongoing service to existing customers, keeping their needs at the centre of every interaction. You build trusted relationships, deliver guidance that aligns with AIA's advice framework, and create positive customer experiences through empathy, professionalism, and care.

Your Impact
Deliver personalised insurance advice that helps customers make confident decisions aligned to their individual needs and goals.
Build trusted customer relationships through meaningful conversations, responsive service, and a genuine commitment to positive outcomes.
Ensure advice and customer interactions meet regulatory obligations and AIA standards while maintaining a high level of professional integrity.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Xplan and AdviceTrack to support quality advice delivery and operational excellence.
Identify complex customer needs and connect customers with the AIA Thrive adviser network to ensure the right level of support.
Collaborate across Distribution and Customer teams to strengthen customer experiences and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Your Capabilities
You have experience delivering customer-focused advice, account management, or service within financial services, insurance, or a related environment.
You bring strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
You have a thoughtful and empathetic approach to problem solving and consistently focus on achieving positive customer outcomes.
You bring strong organisational skills and can effectively prioritise competing activities while maintaining attention to detail.
You have a commitment to maintaining professional standards, regulatory compliance, and accurate record keeping.
You may also have a relevant tertiary qualification, NCFS Level 5 certification, or experience working in a telephone-based sales or advice environment.
