Reports to: F&B Director

To ensure guests have an enjoyable and flawless dining experience by providing quality and friendly customer service

Essential Functions:

· Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.

· Interact with guests, take to go orders and Room Service Deliveries.

· Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.

· Acts as busser and expediter (Expo) for busier shifts when needed.

· Completes tray runs and linen runs at the end of shift.

· Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.

· Assist other staff members when needed.

· Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Requirements

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time position. 

Flex scheduled days/nights, weekends and Holidays as needed.

Starting Wage: $16.00

Requirements:

• One year of serving experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Relevant training certificate
