Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
The Transactional Sourcing Intern will support supplier data management, compliance monitoring, and sourcing operations by ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and aligned with company requirements. This role plays a key role in maintaining supplier data integrity, improving compliance standards, and supporting efficient procurement processes. The internship provides valuable exposure to supplier management, sourcing operations, data governance, and procurement compliance within a dynamic business environment.
What are you accountable for?
Follow up with suppliers on pending document submissions to ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements and onboarding standards.
Perform supplier document database clean-up activities, including verification of records, updating information, and removing outdated, duplicate, or expired documentation to maintain data integrity.
Download, organize, and maintain supplier documents from third-party platforms and portals to support proper recordkeeping, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness.
Maintain progress tracking reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility on completed actions, outstanding items, and key milestones.
Update and manage supplier information to ensure supplier profiles accurately reflect the latest company details, certifications, and supporting documentation.
Conduct supplier reassessments in accordance with current onboarding, compliance, and governance requirements to ensure suppliers continue to meet company policies and standards.

Supplier Data Quality and Compliance Enhancement Project
This project focuses on improving the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of supplier records across procurement systems. The intern will support data validation, document standardization, supplier reassessments, and process improvements that strengthen supplier governance, enhance audit readiness, and improve the overall efficiency of supplier management activities.
Who are we looking for?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Data Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Possesses good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, and present findings effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging and following up with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn about procurement, sourcing operations, supplier management, and compliance processes.
