At Fortrea, we're looking for a Manager, Central Monitoring to lead a team of talented professionals driving Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) strategies across global clinical trials.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and develop a team of 8-20 Central Monitoring professionals

✅ Drive study-level risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring strategies

✅ Partner with sponsors, Clinical Team Leads, and Project Managers

✅ Leverage analytics and centralized monitoring tools to improve trial quality and efficiency

✅ Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of clinical research experience
• Experience in Central Monitoring, RBM, or clinical monitoring oversight
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for mentoring teams and driving strategic impact
