About the Role
Are you passionate about creating world-class events that elevate brands and deliver unforgettable experiences?
In this role, you will lead Riyadh Air’s global events portfolio, developing and delivering impactful event strategies that strengthen our premium brand positioning while supporting corporate, commercial, and marketing objectives.
You will play a key role in planning and delivering large-scale international events, exhibitions, executive engagements, route launches, sponsorship activations, and corporate experiences that showcase Riyadh Air on the global stage.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs, airport partners, agencies, and external stakeholders, you will ensure every event delivers a consistent, premium brand experience while supporting business growth and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include developing event concepts, managing end-to-end delivery, overseeing agency and supplier relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As an experienced events leader, you will leverage market insights, audience trends, and performance data to continuously enhance event effectiveness, measure return on investment, and identify new opportunities to strengthen Riyadh Air’s global presence.
You will also manage event budgets, establish governance and delivery standards, and introduce innovative tools and best practices that improve operational efficiency and support scalable event execution.

About You
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, corporate events, or related disciplines, with proven success delivering large-scale international events and managing complex stakeholder environments.
You will have strong expertise in agency and supplier management, budget ownership, and end-to-end event delivery, ensuring exceptional execution while maintaining Riyadh Air’s premium brand standards.
