## Responsibilities

In the role of Quality Engineer, you will:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify potential issues and determine solutions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement quality initiatives and drive process optimization.
• Lead investigations of quality-related incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to uphold Micron's reputation for outstanding quality.

## Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within diverse teams.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to delivering flawless results.
• Having knowledge of AI Supported tools
