Brake Press Operator

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Brake Press Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating brake press equipment, reading blueprints, and producing quality sheet metal parts in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: 

• $21.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 
• Full-Time

Essential Job Duties:

• Set up and operate brake press machines to form and bend sheet metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Select proper tooling and adjust machine settings for accurate production
• Measure completed parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Requirements:

• Previous brake press operating experience required
• Experience with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
