In this role, you will be working as a Manufacturing Engineer for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for helping support engineering and quality functions for the company.
This position is a contract to possible role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience
- Experience with Solidworks
- Ability to create/revise 3D models and technical drawings
- Create/review part numbers, Bills of Materials in ERP system
- Perform engineering calculations when needed
- Help with cost estimating of special projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changed and improvements ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Support sales with technical support, drawings and help with marketing material
- Experience working in an ERP system
