How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel.

• Manage and train employees to achieve Section KPIs for safety, delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

• Track and enter hourly employees’ time into the timekeeping system.

• Schedule and assign personnel to meet production goals and reduce backlog.

• Compile and analyze production performance records and data.

• Resolve personnel issues by investigating and identifying solutions.

• Provide clear direction and set priorities for the work group.

• Manage conflict effectively and build support for issue resolution.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

• Permanent work authorization in the U.S.

• Broad experience in industrial manufacturing and lean manufacturing implementation.

• Ability to work all shifts and periodic weekends.

• Strong interpersonal skills to achieve cooperation of others.

• Effective communication skills to work with all levels of the organization.
