• Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market appraisals for prospective clients, providing accurate and competitive pricing recommendations based on current market conditions
• Prepare detailed property reports highlighting key features, comparable sales data, and market trends to support valuation recommendations
• Stay informed about local property market developments, competitor activity, and economic factors affecting property values
• Convert valuation appointments into new business instructions through professional presentation and persuasive communication
• Maintain a high conversion rate from valuations to signed contracts by demonstrating value and building trust with potential clients
