Description
Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience You've worked for 2+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization We work in a hybrid model; the ability to work 3 days per week in the office from the start is a requirement. UKG is unable to sponsor a visa for this position. You're an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach You have previous experience in HCM technology, highly preferred You have a history of listening to customers, understanding their needs and creating improvements to meet those needs You have a track record of shaping and executing strategy for products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with engineering You learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably and effectively discuss the tradeoffs and benefits of various approaches with your product/engineering peers You're committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value You are passionate about product management as a practice You are a firm believer in a growth-based change mindset
