Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in molding, plastics manufacturing, or a related manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Preferred

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• 1–3 years of molding, plastics, or related industry experience
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with employee coaching, conflict resolution, and team development
• Knowledge of ISO and TS quality standards
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to drive accountability and achieve production goals

This position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift operation may be required. Employees must be able to work scheduled shifts, overtime as needed, and wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.
