🎯 What You’ll Do

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join our team as Marketing Activation Manager, where you will play an important role in driving impactful marketing activation in the Norwegian market.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring brand and commercial strategies to life through effective local execution across digital channels, customer marketing, events, campaigns, and new product launches.

In this role, you will help shape meaningful customer experiences, strengthen brand visibility, and contribute directly to commercial success.

In close collaboration with the Nordic Marketing and Sales teams, you will ensure that local marketing activities are strategically aligned, brand-consistent, and designed to unlock measurable business impact.

Your key responsibilities:

Campaign Activation & Execution

  • Lead the execution of local campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal activations, and new product launches from concept through delivery and post-activity review.
  • Plan and deliver local events, trade shows, customer conferences, and internal meetings.

Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure all local marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Maintain local website content so it remains current, relevant, and aligned with campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with digital and broader marketing teams to deliver best-in-class content across customer, in-store, and online environments.
  • Translate relevant marketing materials from English into Norwegian as needed.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Work closely with Sales teams and key customers to develop activation plans, support trade initiatives, and maximize commercial opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track clear KPIs for all marketing outputs, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous improvement.

👷👷 Who You Are

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred,
  • Experience in local market activation and campaign delivery,
  • Strong knowledge of digital, content, and customer-facing marketing channels,
  • Budget management and ROI tracking experience is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills,
  • Proven experience in a generalist marketing, marketing coordinator, executive or activation role,
  • Good understanding of brand activation and content delivery,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs to deadline.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to translate marketing content created in English to Norwegian,
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
  • Experience in B2B, retail, tools, consumer goods, or a similar commercial environment would be an advantage,
  • Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English.
