Propósito do cargo:
Buscamos um profissional apaixonado por tecnologia, dados e simplificação de processos. Seu papel não será gerar relatórios financeiros manuais, mas sim criar motores de automação, implementar agentes de IA (Copilot) e desenhar painéis no Power BI para que o time de finanças tome decisões estratégicas com velocidade.

Principais responsabilidades:
• Mapear e identificar oportunidades de simplificação e eliminação de tarefas manuais repetitivas na rotina da área de finanças.
• Desenvolver e configurar agentes e automações utilizando plataformas de IA, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate ou ferramentas equivalentes.
• Tratar, organizar e estruturar grandes volumes de dados para a criação de dashboards dinâmicos no Power BI.
• Criar relatórios e resumos executivos automatizados (usando IA generativa) que traduzam dados pesados em insights prontos para tomada de decisão.

Habilidades e experiência

• Domínio avançado de ferramentas de Business Intelligence (principalmente Power BI).
• Experiência prática no uso de ferramentas de IA Generativa (especialmente Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio e construção de prompts para agentes).
• Facilidade para manipular e gerenciar bases de dados volumosas.
• Perfil analítico, com foco em melhoria contínua e simplificação de processos.

• Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas
• Habilidade para gerenciar stakeholders multifuncionais
• Alto nível de atenção aos detalhes

• Conforto para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e de transformação

O que buscamos:
• Experiência prática com análise de dados e design de relatórios em Power BI (pode ser demonstrada por portfólio de projetos, caso não tenha registro formal longo em carteira).
• Vivência prática com ferramentas de inteligência artificial geradora de texto/dados no dia a dia para aumento de produtividade.
• Desejável histórico de atuação em projetos de melhoria de processos, redesenho de fluxos ou automação (mesmo que em outras áreas fora de Finanças).
