JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Lab Manager, the Phlebotomist is responsible for performing specimen collection from patients for diagnostic testing purposes.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

Type: Part-time, 12 hours per 2 week pay period

Typical hours: every other Saturday/Sunday 0400-0700, every Friday 0400-0700, and 2 out of 6 Holidays

Education:

- High School Diploma or GED obtained within six months of hire- required

 

Certifications & Licensures:

- BLS Certification within 90 days of hire- required

 

Experience:

- Phlebotomy experience- preferred
