Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and collaborative Sales Enablement Partner (Fixed Term Contract) to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting regional sales success across the Southern European cluster (Iberia and France) by executing high-impact sales programs, facilitating training, and driving enablement initiatives across both our Inside Sales and Field Sales organisations. You will join a highly collaborative, global team of enablement professionals dedicated to empowering our sellers and driving regional growth.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Senior Enablement Support: Partner closely with senior enablement managers to execute strategic regional programs, acting as the primary point of contact for the Iberia and France cluster.
Sales Alignment & Execution: Support and tailor enablement initiatives that address the distinct workflows of both desk-based Inside Sales and quota-carrying Field Sales teams.
Methodology Reinforcement: Assist in embedding the FranklinCovey Sales Acceleration Program tools and help sellers practically apply these frameworks to execute core components of MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional Marketing, Product Enablement, Sales Operations, and Learning & Development to coordinate and deliver integrated, localised training initiatives.
Facilitation & Local Translation: Support the rollout of global revenue enablement programs (such as onboarding and skills training), facilitating sessions and ensuring content is adapted for Spanish and French-speaking markets.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial, or Customer Success support functions, preferably within the technology or professional services sectors.
Strong knowledge of structured sales methodologies and frameworks (prior experience supporting FranklinCovey programs or MEDDIC is highly advantageous).
Multilingual capabilities: Full fluency in English, Spanish, and French is mandatory to successfully support and facilitate programs across the region.
Segment versatility: Proven ability to support and adapt training programs for both high-velocity Inside Sales and complex, enterprise-level Field Sales accounts.
