- Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Area Manager, you will move trailers to support our Inbound and Outbound operations in the yard observing the established daily schedule. Support the HSN difference in the performance of all job responsibilities
- This positions reports on-site in Piney Flats, TN
- First shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm)
- You will report to the Inbound Area Manager
Where You'll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Transport and position trailers to support inbound and outbound operations, moving units between yard locations and dock doors according to the established daily schedule.
- Manage trailer flow and documentation, including updating trailer status in Scan‑Data/TMS, recording load start/end times, and ensuring accurate manifest processing.
- Monitor loading activity and complete manual load audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate yard activities, including meeting drivers, dispatching trailers, scheduling moves, and completing required paperwork.
- Support operational continuity by coordinating repairs and fueling with external vendors, maintaining yard organization, and responding to priority needs as they arise.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience operating yard tractors or similar equipment
- Safely maneuver trailers in a yard and dock environment
