We are looking for a driven and curious individual to join our small but ambitious team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing ones by leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence.

About the role

As an AI & Business Development Assistant, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between raw business data and actionable insights. You will focus on making the organization's documentation "AI-ready" and building intelligent agents capable of analyzing market trends and sales data.
 

You will work closely with our AI Champion and product managers to optimize internal processes and create digital tools that support both business development and product management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• AI Optimization: Adapting and structuring governance and strategic documents to optimize them for AI usage.
• Agent Development: Developing AI agents to streamline daily workflows, analyze market and sales data, and identify emerging trends.
• Tool Evaluation: Researching, evaluating, and proposing new AI tools to enhance business development.
• Collaborative Implementation: Working with the team’s AI Champion to identify pain points and implement technical solutions.
• Strategic Support: Supporting product managers in integrating AI into their daily operations.

Your profile

We are looking for a proactive student who is eager to take ownership and experiment with new technologies. To succeed in this role, you are driven, attentive to detail, and helpful. You are a social team player who is a good listener and can collaborate effectively within a small, fast-paced team.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• AI Literacy: A practical understanding of AI tools and the logic behind AI agents.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Mindset: A proactive approach with a strong ability to take initiative.

Meritorious skills:

• Academic specialization or courses in Artificial Intelligence.
• A fundamental understanding of business models and commercial logic.
