Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Horticultural and Lifelike Maintenance Technicians.
- Personally manage your own portfolio of premium maintenance contracts.
- Carry out high-quality horticultural maintenance across interior and exterior planting schemes.
- Coach technicians on site, ensuring Leaflike's 5-star standards are consistently achieved.
- Support planning, scheduling and route optimisation.
- Act as the first point of contact for technician queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Ensure maintenance reports, photographs and site records are completed accurately.
- Promote safe working practices and maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment to a high standard.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has significant hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance.
- Has previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising a field-based team.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is organised, proactive and able to solve problems independently.
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and is confident driving throughout London and occasionally further afield in the UK.
- Enjoys working outdoors and is happy travelling between multiple customer sites.

Desirable Experience:
- RHS qualifications or equivalent horticultural knowledge.
- Experience maintaining high-end commercial or hospitality environments.
- Experience using scheduling or field service software.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, interior planting, green walls or artificial planting.
