Summary:

We are looking for a talented Digital Content Manager to manage our digital creative content and administer our social media accounts and website. The Digital Content Manager needs to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing content from concept to execution in our digital channels, including organic + paid social, as well as other digital platforms. They will be responsible for maintaining our presence across all digital channels, including development and implementation of a holistic content calendar approach with a combination of campaigns and evergreen content. They will optimize digital strategy based on trends and analytics. They will measure and report on the performance initiatives across all of our owned channels. The Digital Content Manager will be able to multi-task, drive results and collaborate across the team while thriving in an ambitious fast-paced environment. We are seeking a self-starter, results-oriented problem solver. They will also be responsible for key performance indicators that impact the end-to-end customer journey across digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
• Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
• Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Briefing creative agency on content needs to leverage productions and existing asset library.
• Generating, scheduling, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicating with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Recommending and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven work experience in digital content management
• Hands on experience as a social media/community manager
• Knowledge of social media management, analytic and listening tools
• Excellent copywriting skills, as well as presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Critical thinker and creative.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with web design
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Experience in QSR, retail, and/or consumer products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
