Pultrusion Coordinator

Job Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring a Pultrusion Coordinator for the Blue Day, Blue Night, Yellow Day, and Yellow Night shifts. The Pultrusion Coordinator supports the Production Shift Supervisor in meeting safety, quality, and production goals. This is a hands-on role that works closely with team members on the production floor to troubleshoot issues, train, improve processes, and help ensure products are produced safely and efficiently.

Highlights of your role

• Ensure associates are working safely and following safety and PPE guidelines. Address discrepancies, enforce safety programs, and lead by example.• Assist with troubleshooting polyester processing issues and audit production lines for quality concerns. Work with operators and inspectors to ensure quality product.• Train and mentor associates through hands-on learning, building confidence, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to approved processes and procedures. Promote teamwork across the shift.• Assist with setups, shutdowns, crash recovery, color changes, and other activities that support efficient operations. Help document process changes as needed.• Participate in root cause analysis for production, equipment, quality, and process issues. Provide technical support and guidance to team members.• Help ensure production lines are running efficiently and according to established procedures while supporting continuous improvement efforts.• Assist with training and development of operators through the OP III skill level.

Also want to make sure you have

• 3-years of Marvin Composites manufacturing experience preferred• Pultrusion Operator II skill level or higher• Leadership training and leadership experience strongly preferred• Technical degree preferred
