The Role:
We're looking for a Multimedia Designer to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll create engaging visual content across print, digital, video, motion graphics, presentations, social media, websites, and events while working closely with our marketing team from concept through execution.

This role plays a key part in maximizing the impact and performance of our digital assets, helping drive engagement, support leasing efforts, and elevate the value of our properties across all marketing channels.

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

- Edit video and create motion graphics for social media, podcasts, and campaigns
- Develop presentations for executive leadership and business development
- Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Support branding initiatives across DLC and our affiliated companies
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and business leaders to turn ideas into compelling creative
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and versatility across multiple formats
- Experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines
- Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset
