The Exchange Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant, stylish, and high‑energy venue known for quality dining, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for an Experienced Waiter who brings confidence, warmth, and professionalism to every guest interaction. If you thrive in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, attentive, and friendly table service throughout each shift.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver dishes with confidence and care.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including allergens, specials, and drink pairings.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and polished service area at all times.
- Support the team during busy operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Uphold high standards of presentation, accuracy, and hospitality.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a waiter in a busy bar/restaurant environment.
- Energetic, friendly, and passionate about guest service.
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and calm under pressure.
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
